Im not receiving points for games completed and I dont know why. This has been happening for a while and there have been times where I havent gotten the daily puzzle. Why is this happening? Can someone fix this?

I really loved this game, but it has lots of bugs! Latest one is that we dont get our daily puzzle.

My mom got me into this and weve both completed the game but kept coming back for the daily puzzle... Until it disappeared. I still get notifications that there is one, but when I open the app, theres nothing. Have you given up on this app?

I have not had any daily crossword for weeks now? Is it because I refuse to spend money buying anything? There should always be daily puzzles . Im ready to delete this app.

Was better when you could do the daily puzzle.

This was a good app; please note the past tense. It has been weeks since there has been a daily word cross puzzle. Apparently, the powers that be want the player to buy hints and spend as much as they can before allowing any more daily word cross puzzles that award points. When I play the game it tells me I have been awarded "x" number of points that I have yet to see.

I really enjoyed this game and looked forward to the daily puzzles, especially because you knew the topic. I have not gotten a daily puzzle for over two weeks now. I get a message to try again tomorrow. Not happy anymore.

This a great game, but I havent had daily puzzles in weeks and I miss them!

I get daily notices for the free daily puzzle but cannot access it. This just started recently and is very frustrating. Otherwise the puzzles are fun and challenging.

I really enjoy this game and play it everyday. However I used to be able to do the daily word cross and now I cant get it. It says no puzzle today maybe tomorrow.

I have been playing this for some time but lately it does not give me the daily puzzle even though it sends me a notification to play the daily. Very frustrating!

Taking away the daily crosswords where we could earn points to continue playing is just a way to make us pay for clues. As you move up, the category is needed. I will soon delete the game.

Love the game but what happened to the daily puzzles. Seriously...

Just started playing this game but I like it a lot. Some puzzles are quite challenging. And so far, no problems with the ap. Updated 20 Nov 2015 No longer works well. Since the update that added new puzzle packs, the game wont let me access them. Also, after Id worked all the initial packs, I started getting daily puzzles but those have stopped as well since the update. Was I supposed to be getting daily puzzles all along? I only got them after finishing the packs. Several times I have accidentally touched the "reveal theme" and "reveal word" buttons. Please add a confirm button; I dont like losing my points. Also, a "continue" button once the puzzle is solved would be nice. Sometimes I miss seeing the puzzle theme - not all of them are obvious. Another request, dont reveal the theme on the daily puzzles, or make it optional. It makes the puzzle too easy. Updated 9 May 2016 I keep getting the tone indicating the daily puzzle has arrived but its not there. Re-downloaded the ap but then I had to pay again to get rid of the ads. Please fix.

...dont like that I lose progress and have to start over when I have to close a game. Daily crosswords are NOT daily! Havent had one in at least a week.

I love the challenge and brain activity this game requires however, I havent had a daily puzzle in over a week. Ill get a notification about a daily puzzle being available but there isnt one when I open the app. Very annoying, especially when they kept my coin count up for when I did need a hint!
